The speakers
Niels Nygaard
Niels Nygaard has been the president for the NOC and Sports Confederation for Denmark since 2007. He is also a member of the EOC's working group for Environment and Sport for all.
Kristina Landgren Carestam
Kristina Landgren Carestam is the first woman in Sweden taking on the coach position for a men's team at national level in a team sport (floorball). Kristina Landgren will tell her story on leadership and give rich insights from her experience in winning World Championships for both woman and men.
Henrik Baadsgaard
Henrick Baadsgaard is assistant professor at The International Business Academy and Sports innovator. He teaches at the Sports Leaders Academy at the NOC of Denmark.
Mette Terkelsen
Mette Terkelsen is the Cultural Editor for Berlingske Tidende, one of Denmark's largest daily papers. She is a former basketball player on the Danish national team and was on the junior rowing national team. She is the co-author of the book 'Fighting technique on the managemnt floor', a guide for women.
